1) WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30. On Saturdays from 9:00 to 12:00
2) WHAT GRAPHIC FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The file formats we accept are: PDF, EPS, PSD, JPEG, TIF, CDR, AI, FH
3) HOW MUCH "BLEED" SHOULD I ADD TO MY FILES?
To avoid any issues with printing and cutting you must leave a "safe area" of 3 - 4 mm
from each outer side of your artwork, where no important elements like text or pictures must be present.
4) WHAT RESOLUTION MUST MY FILE HAVE FOR AN EXCELLENT PRINTING OUTCOME?
Small-format offset printing: 300 dpi (for files with less than 8-point font: 450 dpi))
Posters and flyers: 17.5 x 25 cm file or 720 dpi
5) WHAT RESOLUTION MUST MY FILE HAVE FOR DIGITAL PRINTING ON LARGE FORMATS?
The file must be on a 1:10 scale, 360 dpi. For increased resolution the file can be on a 1:4 scale, high-resolution printing on a scale of 12.
6) HOW CAN I SEND THE FILES?
For files of 5 - 8 Mb you can attach it to an email to us. For larger files you should use our FTP server*.
*You will need to request a FTP Area Construction access
